The electronic Plan Administrator Guide (ePAG) gives you instant, online access to the essential information, tools and forms you need as a Plan Administrator. Go to ePAG.

First Time Users: Access to Sponsor Connect is password protected and requires authorization. Please complete the Sponsor Connect Activation Request Form (see the link below - the form is interactive, so you can complete it right on your desktop before printing it out for signture), scan it and e-mail it to the Program at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Sponsor Connect Password Reset Option: If you are a Sponsor Connect user, then you know that your password expires automatically every 30 days for security reasons. Did you know that you can establish security questions in your online profile that allows you to reset your password yourself when it expires? You may find this option to be helpful going forward, so the next time you log in to Sponsor Connect, see the Security Questions link in the top right portion of the screen.
