E-mail Collection for Form 5500 Process
Thank you for visiting the ABA Retirement Funds e-mail collection hub. By providing an e-mail address, you enable us to assist you in preparation of DOL Form 5500. We will use this address to communicate with you regarding the new Department of Labor required electronic filing of Form 5500 (commonly referred to as EFAST2). Once we have your e-mail address, we will be able to offer you access to your Web based solution for completing and filing your form 5500.

By completing the fields that appear below, you will be directed to your plan specific page, where you will enter your e-mail address. If you sponsor more than one plan, we ask that you enter an e-mail for each. Sponsors who file only Form 5500EZ do not need to participate in this process but if you are uncertain as to whether you will be filing Form 5500EZ or 5500, we suggest that you do provide us with an e-mail address.

The DOL requires that the electronic submission of Form 5500 must be made from the e-mail address of the person who would have signed it if it were being filed by mail. You may enter that person's e-mail address now, or if you prefer, you may use another address at this point for contact purposes.  If you later determine that another e-mail address is more appropriate for the actual Form 5500 filing, you will have the opportunity to change the e-mail address we have on file and/or add more e-mail addresses.
